| I am confused as to which 'xml.dcl' to use in this context. I have this:
|
| /docbook/dsssl/modular/dtds/decls/xml.dcl

That should be fine.

|
| nsgmls:test_nsgmls.xml:225:53:E: element "para" undefined

Something else is wrong. Try using the -E option (e.g., -E 5) and show
us what the first few errors are.

| The xml document in question works fine with xt and saxon. It's header looks
| like this:
|
| <?xml version="1.0" standalone="no"?>
| <!DOCTYPE website PUBLIC "-//Norman Walsh//DTD Website V1.10//EN"
| "/usr/pkg/share/sgml/docbook-website/1.10/website.dtd">
|
| I'm doing something, yes? <g>

I'm not sure that either saxon or xt perform a validating parse by
default. And the 1.10 Website DTD contains an internal reference to
DocBook, so you have to have that installed (in the right place)
as well.

                                        Be seeing you,
                                          norm
