DOCBOOK-APPS: How to generate html?

I attached my SGML document osip.sgml.
This is the docmentation for oSIP
(osip.atosc.org)

I have problems to generate an hml
document with a suitable presentation.

I want all the html to be in only
ONE page, I want a table of contents,
I want number on my title (chapters?)
And I want to make references to other
sections....

I'm new to docbook and i need some
help... Could you tell the changes
I need to do and how to generate
the page I really want...

Currently, I'm using jade and it
generate t1.html and many others
x103.html pages. I want the page
to be called osip.html.... simply...
