Ah, yes, that's quite different.

Jirka, I think fixing this is reasonably straightforward. In the "/"
template, process $rootid as ../html/chunk.xsl does. In hhp-main and
hhc-main, make similar adjustments so that the Default topic and TOC
are built from the right root.

Do you think you'll have a chance to look this week? I'd like to get
another release out and this should probably be fixed before I do
that.
