Subject: DOCBOOK-APPS: Undefined control sequence

Docbookers,

I have a simplelist inside an entry of a table, which seems to result in
the following error message from PassiveTeX. I am a complete newbie with
TeX so I have no idea whether it's the fault of PassiveTeX (not sure
what version) or the XSL stylesheets (1.45).

- source fragment:

      <informaltable pgwide="0"><tgroup cols="3">
	  <colspec colname="reqid" colwidth = "3*" />
	  <colspec colname="shdesc" align="left" colwidth="15*" />
	  <colspec colname="pri" colwidth="1*" />
	  <tbody>
	    <row>
	      <entry>1.Email.2</entry>
	      <entry>Configurable Mail parameters</entry>
	      <entry>-</entry>
	    </row><row>
	      <entry namest="reqid" nameend="pri">The following are
configuration items:
	      <simplelist>
	      <member>Mail server information</member>
	      <member>Destination email address</member>
	      <member>Cc email address</member>
	      </simplelist>
	      </entry>
	    </row>
	  </tbody>
	</tgroup></informaltable>

If I comment out the simplelist it works fine. Any ideas?
