DOCBOOK-APPS: table header on last line

I've solved most of my customization problems thanks to you guys. There's 
still one annoying problem though. I've searched the archives, but didn't 
find anyone with my problem. Funny if it's just me having this problem...

When there's no space enough left for a table entry at the bottom of the 
page, it still prints the table header on the last line and puts the table on 
the next page (including the table header). I'd like to get rid of the extra 
table header that is on the bottom of the page. It's of no value. How can I 
do this?

I use DocBook --> TeX --> PDF (DSSSL 1.72 and pdfjadetex 3.11). Is the 
problem fixed in newer versions of DSSSL perhaps? Or could this be a TeX -> 
PDF problem? If so, how can I solve the problem?
