DOCBOOK-APPS: Puzzled again...

Here is the long list of warnings and such. This is after using the
Cygwin version of the ntsgml tutorial, using the XML docbook document
I wrote, and after having successfully used xsltproc to make a "fo"
file, I now need to run pdfxmltex, which produces this output:

It appears that I don't have a language.dat, whatever that is, and
that I need English added to get hyphenation, whatever that is!

Can someone help me out here please?
