I'm not sure which issues you are referring to.

But 1.50.1-EXP has the same problem as 1.50.0
with regard to the way xsltproc handles the
base.dir parameter for chunked output.  Only
index.html goes to $base.dir, the rest do not.
You said that is a bug in xsltproc's implementation
of exsl:document, right?  Have you talked to Daniel
lately about implementing extensions?
