DOCBOOK-APPS: problem generating pdf with slides.xsl

Hi

Generating html from the test-slides dbgentext.xml works. Generating the 
fo output works too. But when i put it through tex with pdfxmltex 
test.fo i got the following errors:

For me it looks like a tag-grouping problem. But how to find / solve? 
Has someone encountered a similar problem?

If someone likes to try the fo i'll send it directly.
