Hi all

Someone recently asked about disabling delivery. I wrote to
   services@lists.oasis-open.org
and received the following response. So the answer is Yes, but they
need to do it manually.

Yes.  There is an undocumented feature that you also can not manage
automatically that permits this.

I have changed your subscription accordingly so you will no longer
receive messages.
