But it will be very easy to add them as global stylesheet parameters or as values taken from localization files because each language has probebly little bit different values for this. File it as RFE on SourceForge. If you want quick and dirty fix right now, edit fo/component.xsl and add attributes hyphenation-{push|remain}-character-count to each occurence of fo:flow.
