Hello David,

I have added your fix to my customization layer and performed a test.

The result on steps, listitems and callouts is as follows:

1.   This is the thing to do.
   This is the thing that happens.

2.   This is the next thing to do.
   This is the next thing that happens.

Conclusion, the Extra Line in Step is fixed, pretty much what Brads
step/para[1] did, only now an additional white space is inserted at the
beginning of the line.
