DOCBOOK-APPS: [QUESTION] linenumbering doesn't work in fo

hello,

i just tried to enable linenumbering in my fo stylesheet,
unfortunatly i am not getting any line numbers in the
resulting pdf file. i used the following parameters to
enable linenumbering.

<xsl:param name="linenumbering.extension" select="'1'"/>
<xsl:param name="linenumbering.everyNth" select="'1'"/>
<xsl:param name="linenumbering.separator" select="'| '"/>

i am using docbook-xsl v1.58.1 and XEP v2.7.
