DOCBOOK-APPS: bibliography entry for web-resources

Hi,

the last list of questions was a bit long, so I want to break 
int down into several small junks. :)

How would you list a web-ressource in the bibliography ?
(On most pages it is hard to find out the usual data like
copyright, holder, author...).
