I'm concerned about bandwidth here in my folks flat in England.
<aside>It's been a long time since I relied on a dail-up connection to
collect several days worth of mail. Man do I not miss this.</aside>

Here are some notes on what I've fixed. I'm not likely to get a chance
to check these changes in, or close the SF trackers, until I get
better bandwidth.

685513 changed entry-bgcolor to just bgcolor; added support for it in FOs
684111 I don't know. There's lots of things we could warn about...

My "snarf up the contents of trackers to carry on the plane" script
didn't grab the attachments.

And I fully expect to do yet more work before I return to the states,
