Subject: Problems with ldp.dsl

I found this question in
http://www.mail-archive.com/fink-users@lists.sourceforge.net/msg08900.html

And I have the same problem.

Any suggestion?

Friends,
Hello all,

With all the DocBook packages installed, using the ldp.dsl stylesheet with
OpenJade yields no HTML files, and spits out oddly formatted output to the
screen.

 Command:

 openjade -t sgml -d /sw/share/dsssl/docbook-dsssl-nwalsh/html/ldp.dsl#html
mydocbook.sgml

There are also two openjade errors in the processing, admist DTDDECL
warnings:

 openjade:/sw/share/sgml/dsssl/docbook-dsssl-nwalsh/html/ ldp.dsl:359:18:E:
reference to undefined variable "$table-width$"
 openjade:/sw/share/sgml/dsssl/docbook-dsssl-nwalsh/html/ ldp.dsl:324:28:E:
reference to undefined variable "$verbatim-line-by-line$"

These problems occur using example DocBook files. My $SGML_CATALOG_FILES
environment variable is set to:

 /sw/share/sgml/catalog

Using the standard html/docbook.dsl stylesheet yields expected results.

 Any thoughts?
