Subject: PassiveTex and styling problems
Hiya, using passivetex and the v1.61.3 xsl stylesheets, I get more or less satisfying pdf output transforming my docbook article. The problems that remain are: - the header and footer rules span only the left half of the pages' width. Since the headers and footers are done via a table, it seems the table's conception of its width is wrong. - the revision history on the title page is spanning only half the page width as well. Since it's a table as well, I guess it suffers from the same problem as the header and footer rulers. - can I change the orientation of a single page in my pdf output? Perhaps via a pi in my xml source? And only for pdf conversion? Given the format of my graphics, I'd like to include them in landscape mode, while keeping the rest of the pages in portrait mode. - it seems passivetex has problems rendering my graphic with scalefit=1 and a viewport width of 100%. Instead of evaluating those attributes, passivetex cuts off my graphic. So I guess, I have to do manual scaling with passivetex? - can I get passivetex to display the appendix sections of my article in pdf's bookmark sidebar as well? Right now, I only get the normal sections in it. Anybody any help? Thanks in advance, Patrick
