docbook-apps message

Subject: Re: [docbook-apps] titles of <sect1> into the headers in PDF


I tryied 4 variations of retrieve-position:
first-starting-within-page | first-including-carryover | last-
starting-within-page | last-ending-within-page

and 3 of retrieve-boundary:
page | page-sequence | document
(there was error messaged with "page" value during rendering by FOP)

It produced various output, but no one was usable.

Now I set them to default values.
