There should be a catalog entry for the htmltbl.mod file. I think that is just an oversight. By all means, add one. In most cases, the DTD should work without such a catalog entry, because the reference to the htmltbl module in dbpoolx.mod uses a relative SYSTEM id, and the htmltbl.mod file is in the same directory. You will need version 1.62.0 or later of the XSL stylesheets.
