That paragraph was not as clear as it should be.
The width calculation is based on the width of  any <label> elements
in the qanda.  It currently is not sophisticated enough to
calculate the width from a customization like yours.

You don't need to add <?dbfo label-width?>  to every
question, just to every qandaset.
