Multiple editors run together

An authorgroup of multiple editors is output as "Edited by
editor0editor1editor2etc", that is, with the names of the editors run
together.  The attached patch (against distribution version 1.64.1)
should solve the problem.  Cursory analysis indicates that this should
not aversely affect other elements that have editors as their children,
and further indicates that other children of authorgroup are dealt with
appropriately by their own templates already.  One with more knowledge
of the stylesheets than myself may have a better perspective on the
interaction here, though.
