Does lynx -dump 'format' the text David?
I.e. para breaks, line wrapping etc.

For access technology I'd like to ensure that
para's have a period after them, I know I don't
check, and when para's are run into one another
it sounds aweful.

I haven't used Lynx myself, but I knew about it.
