Try removing the column-width property from the table. I think FOP has a 
problem with it. As far as I remember the column-width property is supported 
by XEP.

This is normal.

Assuming this document is valid and well-formed you should get a PDF once the 
column-width property is removed. This will result in the equal spacing of 
table cols.
