Hi Viktor,
The locale files for both DSSSL and XSL are generated from the same locale
source file.  In CVS, this would be gentext/locale/bg.xml.  There is a
README in that directory that describes how to update a locale file.  I can
check it in when ready.  I'll contact the other SourceForge developers to
see if someone can handle the other DSSSL files.
