HTML Changebars don't work if flagged element is also a chunk...

Hi there,

  I'm working with the match="*[@revisionflag]" template for the 1.65.1 of the stylesheets.  
I'm finding that it doesn't seem to work if the thing being marked with the divs happens to be something that creates a chunk (new HTML page).

For example, if my chunk.section.depth is 1 (chunk at the sect1 level), then any sect1 with revisionflag doesn't result in the whole page being marked with a changebar.  But if my chunk.section.depth is 0, sect1s with revisionflag are marked correctly (but any chapter elements with revisionflag are not properly marked).

Has anyone run into this and been able to do a good fix/workaround?  This seems like a bug in the stylesheets.
