Hello,

I translated http://www.wolfgang.jeltsch.net/docbook-problems/example.dbx with 
Norman Walsh's DocBook-to-FO XSL stylesheet which resulted in the file 
http://www.wolfgang.jeltsch.net/docbook-problems/example.fo.  Now I 
discovered that the latter file contained the string

    background-image="url(http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/images/
    draft.png)"

What's the reason for this?
