Subject: RE: [docbook-apps] manual toc- isn't html? - more info
Hi Bob, Oh. I've been running two separate stylesheets - one of which I modified a template to prevent the bookinfo to show up, I forgot about that - which is what you saw. (I'm submitting a bug for that.) So back to using the ***default chunktoc.xsl***... (AND without chunk.tocs.and.lots=1) I have the following two problesm still: 1) Mine still doesn't produce the html tags (did yours?) 2) and if you don't specify an output file (-o), it spits out the output to the screen (for the index page only) java %JAVAARGS% -o toc\mytoc.xml %2 %XSLPATH%\html\maketoc.xsl use.id.as.filename=1 java %JAVAARGS% -o toc\index.html %2 %XSLPATH%\html\chunktoc.xsl base.dir=toc\ chunk.toc=..\toc\mytoc.xml Thanks! Actually, I can't get the chunktoc.xsl template to generate a separate TOC file at all using the chunk.tocs.and.lots parameter. My TOC is always in index.html, and the link at the bottom of each page to ToC does not go anywhere. I think this is a bug in chunktoc.xsl.
