website problem with RSS feed integration for php pages

Hi,

I seem to have a problem when I try to include RSS feeds with names
like

<rss feed="http://www.xmlhack.com/rss10.php?cat=36"/>

Those feeds don't appear on the website. For the above case heading
and title do appear, but no news entries.
My guess is that the "?" question mark poses problems. Other feeds
like

<rss feed="http://dotgnu.org/index.rdf"/>

are handled absolutely fine.

Is this a known issue ? Are there workarounds ?
