Subject: chunk.tocs.and.lots and chunk.to
Wheile generating HTML with the XSL stylesheets, I'd like to use use the chunk.tocs.and.lots option to put the ToC on a separate page. This by default creates "bk01-toc.html" which is frankly ugly. For other reasons I'd like to use chunk.toc to control chunking better. In that case the ToC files is named "-toc.html" which is even worse! Is there are way (without manually editing a bunch of places) to sanely use chunk.tocs.and.lots and chunk.to together? This isn't a big deal for me, since I'm post-processing the index.html file anyway, so and so a better solution for me might be to not use the chunk.tocs.and.lots option. Still, it's worth mentioning that the interaction of these features is awkward. -- --Per Bothner per@bothner.com http://per.bothner.com/
