Title:
DocBook XSL Stylesheets

Abstract:
This presentation is an introduction to XSL
stylesheets for those who are using or
thinking of using DocBook tools to single source
technical publications.

Single sourcing provides the ability to
output to multiple formats such as PDF and HTML from
one source document and thus results in significant
savings in such areas as translation and revision costs.

DocBook is a free, open source publishing system
used to publish a variety of formats from a single,
XML-based document. Understanding XSL stylesheets
is key to successful publishing using DocBook.
