Subject: Re: [docbook-apps] Docbook Relax NG tool chain for OS X

Mac OS X Tiger (10.4) has libxml2+libxslt built-in, so you can use the xmllint and xsltproc command line programs for checking and transforming, respectively, your DocBook docs.

Also, I have made available GUI versions of these tools, see http://tclxml.sf.net/tkxmllint.html and http://tclxml.sf.net/tkxsltproc.html.

Steve Ball

I'm just downloading the Aquamacs <http://aquamacs.org/> version of Emacs and planning on using James' nXML.

Does anyone have any suggestions, caveats, pointers, links, etc., that would help me get up and running in Docbook on the Mac?

Thanks for your help.
