I downloaded the docbook-xsl-doc-snapshot.tar.bz2 (16-Sep-2005 07:21) and 
docbook-xsl-doc-snapshot.zip (16-Sep-2005 07:20) from the above URL but 
there seems some missing files. I get:

xsltproc --stringparam crop.marks 1 --stringparam xep.extensions 1 \ 
--output fo/blub.fo  docbook-xsl-snapshot/fo/docbook.xsl \ test.xml

unregistered variable crop.mark.width

Obviously the variable crop.mark.width is not definied. The documentation 
about the above parameters is missing too. Maybe some files didn't go 
into the final archive. Can you confirm this? :)
