My script just greps all <!ELEMENT strings from one file - docbook.dtd and
extracts elements from it. But there is no one solid docbook.dtd in
4.4 archive. I don't feel like reinventing the bicycle to track dtd
dependencies/inclusions at the moment. Is there just one big docbook.dtd
for this purpose?
