Nifty! Isn't there/wasn't there going to be a 'flat' version of _DocBook, The Definitive Guide_ available? I think the ideal thing would be to generate the list that this uses from the flat TDG using an xslt. That way you could include the element's description and, if relevant, what version it was introduced in as a tool tip (e.g. using http://www.bosrup.com/web/overlib/ or something). This would work even better if the latest flat TDG were always fetchable via a url by the build script for this.
