dbtimestamp issue

Hello,

I use :

<date>
       <?dbtimestamp format="Y-m-d H:M:S"?>
</date>

in all my chaperinfo. But the H:M:S doesn't give me the time... The  
output stay H:M:S. The date is ok.

I use docbook 1.69.1 and XEP.

Thanks in advance if you have an idea.
