Hi Ron,
If your table fits on one landscape page, you can add a orient="land"
attribute to the table.  The stylesheet will put it into a block-container
with rotated reference.  But a block-container will not flow text to the
next page if it doesn't fit on the current page.  Only PSMI can handle
multipage landscape tables.
