Subject: Re: [docbook-apps] Re: Annotating PDF files

Hello everyone,

I use the Acrobat 7 annotation features on a daily basis (it's how my
clients review my design work), and to clarify some aspects of this
discussion, it works like this:

-To create a "review cycle" you need Acrobat 7 AND you need to use the
"Send for Review" button.
-Anyone with an Reader (version 7 only) can participate (ie add
annotations, etc) in a review cycle created by an Acrobat 7 user.
-If the Acrobat 7 user adds annotations to the documents and simply
emails the document, Reader users WILL NOT be able to add or modify
annotations.
-You cannot, obviously, create a review cycle with the Reader.

Reader = Acrobat Reader
Acrobat 7 = Acrobat 7 Professional or Standard

Hope this clarify things.
Rene
