docbook-apps message

Subject: Newbie question - what happened to applethelp.xsl?

I see artcles from a couple of years ago on making webhelp files from
DocBook files and they refer to applethelp.xsl.  I can't find this
stylesheet anywhere now, so how does one make webhelp from DocBook files
now?
