docbook-apps and docbook mailing lists vacation

You may have noticed that the docbook-apps and docbook mailing
lists took a vacation last week. Meaning that you didn't get mail
from them between last Monday and today, and couldn't post to them
during that time.

The reason was a bit of, um, trouble that OASIS seems to have had
with the server hosting the lists. It's not clear why it took a
week for them resolve the problem, but the lists seem to be working
OK now. So if you tried posting something last week only to find
that your message got bounced back to you, please re-post it.

And if/when you notice that the lists seem to be down again, note
that you can alternatively get help on the #docbook channel on
irc.freenode.net.
