docbook-rng-5.0b7 xsl-1.71.0 xep-4.6 (current) oxygenxml-7.2.0 (eclipse-3.2.0 plugin)

The <link ns1:href> element appears as a link but is not active (clickable) within an <entrytbl> <entry> element subsequent to an fo (pdf) transformation.

No problem with HTML transformations.

Is this by design, a defect or my incorrect usage?
