Re: [docbook-apps] <tfoot> and paging in tables

Many thanks - a really simple workaround.  Is the only point of 
having a tfoot element so that you can get it at the bottom of each 
physical page - makes sense, but I just never thought of it that way. 
Haven't seen any documentation to that effect.
