thank you for the hint with the namespace
this -> <article xmlns="http://docbook.org/ns/docbook";  xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"; version="5.0" xml:lang="en"> doesnt work it should be just <article>

i also cant use this <link xlink:href="http://www.msn.com"; >  http://www.msn.com </link> here i get an error 

and also this <!DOCTYPE article SYSTEM "docbook.dtd"
	  [	 
	  <!ENTITY links SYSTEM "Links.xml">

the file integration doesnt work! when i erased everything like this it worked but what do i have to change in cocoon in the sitemap.xmap or in the  xml file to use the extern files and the xlink:href?
