Is your XML DTD valid? One of your table rows is probably lacking an entry.

This is just a stylesheet warning that can be safely ignored. It reminds
you having IDs on structuring elements helps making references.

Maintainers: I'd recomment disabling that warning by default by the
way... Unless I've missed the point of it?
