Hi Dave, Actually, the index terms link back to the top of the section or chapter containing the entry, and that was by Norm's design. Since there are no page numbers in HTML, the section title is displayed as the link. The link goes to the top of the section to permit multiple identical indexterms in the same section to collapse to a single entry. That's done to avoid having to repeat the section title. However, that behavior should probably be selectable by a parameter. Submit a feature request if you like.
