Wonderful, it works fine.

I already have some custom gentext but all with a context (ie <l:context
name="title-numbered">). But I can't find a context for that (may be
title) ?

In fact I had a look to the fr.xml file where I found some mysterious
things. For exemple :

<l:gentext key="Edition" text="Édition"/>
<l:gentext key="edition" text="Édition"/>

I think that the second key edition (with a lowercase 'e') should have for
text 'édition' with a lowercase 'é'. But there must be a good reason for
that. :-)

In fact my small-caps titlewas in a non small-caps fontset. Changing that
and it works fine.

Thanks for you help.
