You can find a xslt with Docbook-5.0CR3 in the tools directory called  
db2-upgrade.xsl with db4-entities.pl perl script.

I can't tell you if there an advantage to switch to Docbook 5.0...  
But I do it :-) There's some new tab like cover (which is not yet  
supported). ;-)
