Thanks for checking this out.

I am building our documentation through Maven using the Docbkx plugin
version 2.0.6.  This is using fop 0.20.x.  Updating to 2.0.8 causes 0.94 to
be used.  There is now a problem with my stylesheet that I must look into
first.
