since <simplesect> does not have a section number (i.e., its <title> if 
formatted as is, "My title", by if I replace <simplesect> with <section>, I get 
"1.3.5.7 My title"), I view <simplesect> as a <formalpara> with multiple 
sub-<paras>, not as a <section> with no sub-<section>s.

I don't think this is a very good idea.
