Dokuwiki to DocBook

Dear all, I think I know the answer to this but once again I've had
questions about exporting from DokuWiki to DocBook.

So far what I have found is this:

DocBook DokuWiki : http://sourceforge.net/projects/docbookdokuwiki/
Last updated 505 days ago, appears to be based on pre-5.0. A nice
idea... a wiki for collaborative DocBook work... anyone tried it?

"This plugin renders a Docbook block transforming it to XHTML." Also
pre-5.0 and doesn't seem to be what we're looking for.

If any of you are familiar with processes involving drafting in
DokuWiki and then having "human plugins" manage the conversion, I'm
all ears.
