I'm going to be somewhat out of contact for the next week or two whilst I write a course but I will be back getting those stylesheets finished - Penguin are still funding me - as soon as possible.

I heard from Nic Gibson that he could provide epub support on this list - he's also writing the Docbook Publishers Schema stylesheets, so obviously good experience there.
