[docbook-apps] problem with long orderedlist

Hi,

I got some problems with long ordered-lists: some items are written at
the bottom of the page ON the footer (on pdf output)

Here is an excerpt of a document (3 pages)  where you could see the
problem. http://divers.yojik.eu/p12.pdf

I tested with the last oXygen and xmlmind and got the same result.

How could I circumvent this?
